Nanoelectronics

The nanoelectronics field conducts research into tiny electronic devices, encompassing a wide array of device types. Nanoelectronics measure a small amount of nanometers, of which take 10,000,000 are as long as one centimeter, in size. Research in this area at ASU has included improving solar technology and investigating spintronics for use in neuromorphic computing systems’ memory.
