If you are running into issues connecting your browser to the Student VDI Console, you may try a different browser. Chrome and Firefox have been tested and were successful. Also your browser may have a security pop-up that asks to allow the citrix plugin. If the problem doesn\u2019t resolve in a couple hours send an email to the email address at the bottom of the page with the title \u201cSCAI Virtual Lab Error\u201d and your ASURITE ID (no password), when you tried to access the Virtual Lab, and a short description of the problem.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"accordion-item desktop-disable-never\"><div class=\"accordion-header\"><h4><button id=\"fCard-block_ae1201ee42da5c8066cc901a00693326\" role=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#fCardBody-block_ae1201ee42da5c8066cc901a00693326\" aria-controls=\"fCardBody-block_ae1201ee42da5c8066cc901a00693326\" aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"collapsed\"><span class=\"accordion-icon\"><i class=\"fa-placeholder\"><\/i>It says \u201cThere are no resources currently available for this user\u201d after logging in.<\/span><span class=\"fas fa-chevron-up\"><\/span><\/button><\/h4><\/div><div id=\"fCardBody-block_ae1201ee42da5c8066cc901a00693326\" aria-labelledby=\"fCard-block_ae1201ee42da5c8066cc901a00693326\" class=\"accordion-body collapse\"><div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<p>Try logging in under ASURITE instead of ASUAD at the log-in screen.
