Ozev and Ince win best paper

Congratulations to Sule Ozev and Mehmet Ince on winning the European Test Symposium (ETS) Best Paper Award for 2019.

The paper entitled Digital Built-in Self-Test for Phased Locked Loops to Enable Fault Detection, was selected by the Best Paper Selection Committee (BPSC) and input from reviewers, topic chairs and symposium attendees.

The IEEE European Test Symposium is a prestigious conference with an acceptance rate below 25%.
