All workshops will be offered in person at ASU and remotely via Zoom. All Zoom sessions will be recorded and made available after the workshops as well.
Information about the coaches’ workshops for the new 2025–26 season of FLL Challenge will be added after the release of the new season in May 2025.
Coffee with Elaine
Intended audience: anyone
An opportunity to sit down with Elaine and ask any questions you may have about Team Registration, the Rookie Grants, understanding what an FLL Season looks like, or anything else that isn’t covered by the other workshops.

While Rich and Elaine set up the MASTERPIECE Game Board, they will be available to answer any questions you may have.
Parking directions
The most convenient visitor parking would be the Apache Blvd. parking garage.
The garage is open Monday–Sunday, 24 hours a day. Maximum daily rate: $16.
- One hour or less — $4.
- 1–2 hours — $8.
- 2–3 hours — $12.
- 3–4 hours — $16.
Several daily and hourly parking locations also feature pay-by-app parking through ParkMobile. All Tempe campus weekend visitors must pull a ticket and pay for garage use.
